    There is irony in that. Years ago, when she began her practice, the cry foul related to the tendency to blame the battered for causing the anger. Now, here we are again seeing the victim blamed for causing his own death.

    Do you think it might be possible that the glasses are causing her headaches? I doubt she was taken to the eye doctor for an exam. Eye glasses are often donated to prisons.

    Thanks. I wasn't sure. In some states it is as little as 25 years. And in some of those, unless it is Life without Parole, they can be released sooner than 25 years. AZ is 35/40 years? Is that Life without parole or is parole possible?
