His wife Hope just posted on her FB page that he died August 2nd. She didnt say that he was found dead on that date but said he died on the 2nd. No details were given at all. Maybe the local news will have more.

Her obit says she died on the 20th but she was reported missing on the 8th or 9th. I wonder if that means that she was found dead on the 20th or if she was God-knows-where for those 2 weeks and actually died on the 20th. And I absolutely understand that an investigation is probably on-going...
