Jeeze. The victims family sure is making things difficult for the prosecutor by constantly changing their story. I wonder how many more times it will change before the trial.
How sure are they that this is the right guy? By the accounts of the neighbors, this person does not seem to fit the suspect description in any way. :dunno:
I have to agree with the majority on this, something isn't right. What exactly was Tammy's goal here? If the suspect was not armed, what were her and her son plan on doing? Nothing about this case seems to make sense. Calling 911 and letting the cops handle it, would have been the best case...

While I do feel bad for Jessica's family, I feel that this shooting was justified. I honestly don't know what people expect the officer to do in this situation. When there's a 3,000 pound weapon coming at you, pepper spray won't stop it, rubber bullets won't stop it, and a taser would not stop...
I'm wondering if Bud and June were just going to look at the car and not buy right away? Maybe they were waiting on other responses to the ad before deciding?
