I just read the driver of the car came forward and it was determined the car was unrelated. Why the heck was he walking over that bridge? I read he headed away from where he lived? Who would walk over that at night?

The "smiley face" I photographed is on the river walk below Fort Dusquene Blvd. I walked down the stairs to the riverwalk to the area where the police did a water search back in Feb. Yeah, there was a lot of graffiti on the wall of the riverwalk bewteen the bridges. The bridges are lit up in pretty colors at night, and it is kind of secluded so I could see it being a "romantic" spot for a meet up at night, if that was the intention. It appears a lot of people go down there...

Drugs? Some areas of North side are not good

I actually heard the area around Wood Street T stop is not good. There were problems in the past with kids, can't remember if someone was shot or what. But i heard that stop is trouble, even if it is in the open. So as a woman late at night I would not want to stand there alone.

Weird. Maybe it was changed to honor someone he was close to? My first thought was transgendered, but I have seen younger photos and he was always a guy. I know someone who changed their name for religious reasons. Maybe he really hated his middle name?
