Huh? I don't think tht has anything to do with McQ's suit. I think he got screwed and is being made the scapegoat for PSU. He sucks for not doing more but there are others who are even more to blame. I hope he wins but that doesn't mean I don't think he failed that boy. I just don't agree...

I am so happy DP was found guilty! So glad!

I am nervous too. I was convinced CA would be convicted and she wasn't, so I'm going to expect him to be acquitted. But I hope he isn't. I hope there's justice.

They do. I guess it could be they're questioning Stacey's version but still... even if she was after money, I don't think she'd go to two different people and basically have the exact same story. But I think the fact that they're asking for HS/NS is not a good sign. They wouldn't be asking...

I don't know. It doesn't seem like they buy it was just an accident and the fact that they wanted transcripts of the most damning testimony isn't that good for DP. I think a defense lawyer on IS said if the jury asks for Harry Smith's testimony, DP is done.

I just hope whatever the verdict is, it's the right one and based on the law.... not because they like a lawyer or don't or because the state had a ton of errors during their case. I really like the defense lawyer on IS right now; he thought Lopez was great or good yesterday. I guess it must...

The defense's closing sounds horrible. Maybe it played better in person than it does on tweets but it sounds dreadful. I just hope the state's rebuttal brings it altogether.

I think it's the opposite; I think they think the case is in the bag, so they don't have to do "bring it" in the closing, unlike the prosecution. Still think DP will be acquitted.
