Good morning everyone. There is a lot of background to this case. I am by no means an expert nor have I read everything about this case but from what I have read I honestly believe Kelsey was set up. I'd like to be a fly for the family court trial!

I read on X (posted by a husband and wife that are both lawyers) that the Judge reviewed case law yesterday afternoon and sent notice that he was incorrect in his ruling while stream was still going yesterday. The Defense submitted their reply around 6:15. IMO, Defense just wasted a whole...

Someone may have already answered but the State first introduced the insurance payout, 401K payout, partner profit sharing payout, etc and had someone from Gary's law firm as a witness. I also believe that he testified that Melody called them asking about the total payout.

I asked earlier and didn't see a response so @lucegirl Can someone explain the bond? Judge R said "cash or surety", I think. So they have to come up with $6 million total (or real estate, etc that is worth that amt) or just a percentage?

Do you all think a news station would pay that much for an exclusive interview? Because I think her family would try to get bail money that way.
