Am I the only person that keeps bouncing back and forth between random and targeted? Currently, I'm at targeted. The odd behavior and appearance of the 2 POI's keeps leading me there. I keep wondering honor killing? Vendetta? Something on that order. It seems like it was set up to look random...

I mostly agree, and think this is the case. A small part of me thinks his actions look like purposeful theatrics though. This guy seems like an odd duck for sure.
