I believe the allegation is that she, PH, voluntarily got into the garbage shute. 0% of me believes that’s likely from all I’ve read and listened to on her case.
I’m saddened to see there is still no update in this case despite the mountains of evidence. It’s been over 12 months since the NSW Coroner passed her findings and yet still we have no real progress from NSW police. It’s really just appalling IMO. Marion and her family deserve better.
I’ve seen it reported many times the Libby was found naked and Abby was clothed, but in Libby’s clothes. Can anyone confirm, was Abby wearing Libby’s clothes when they set out for the walk that day? Eg borrowed clothes from Abby because she had slept over the previous night? Or was Abby somehow...
I found that chilling also. I would not want to be left alone there as an adult with a car and a phone. I was really shocked that they would even as a group of young girls, end up at a remote train station at 3am with no means to get to their next destination.
It was a different t time back...
I agree, it seems much more plausible that to carry a body in a vehicle like that, an offender would put the body in the covered tray section, rather than propped up in the passenger seat.
I agree with all your points.
My strongest suspicion is still that it’s a close family member. Or someone associated with that family member. Perhaps that person also encouraged Liz to have the garage sale that day.
I believe Marion did return to Australia. But I theorise that she was so humiliated by being duped by AKA that she didn’t tell her family, and likely wanted some private time to consider what she was going to do next. And that may have even been reconcile with AKA. People who are in love often...
I too think it’s possible someone else helped remove the body. I feel terribly for Samantha’s family.
If it turns out someone did assist in the removal, I would hope they too feel the full force of justice. As far as justice is possible in Victoria.
I found that Bank Managers testimony to be non-credible. As an ex bank worker, I just found it ridiculous that she would remember even a unique looking customer after all this time, for a regular transaction. I too felt she inserted herself into the story for other reasons. What reasons could...
Weren’t there bush fires close to this area around this time? Is it possible he placed her body in an area later destroyed by bushfire? Or what if he was so off his face on drugs he can’t remember where he put her?
Personally I feel like the NSW Police should have been ready to pounce on RB the day the Coroners finding was handed down, or shortly thereafter. I worry justice will never be served in this case. It was just bungled for way too many years IMO. Besides the NSW Police, where the hell are our...
Are you sure that’s true in all cases? In the Claremont serial killer case in WA the prosecution were able to present propensity evidence, drawing the connection between a couple of prior offences
