Judge should be up for the next hearing after Proctor. My God. Did she never bother to ask the jury if they were deadlocked on ALL counts? She's either criminally inept or just criminal.

I think the Commonwealth made a mistake by not charging KR with simple DUI. That would be a slam dunk guilty verdict. At least then the jury might feel like they're punishing her for "something" rather than just letting her walk free. But to have the DUI charge wrapped in with the homicide...

Not to mention I can't imagine finding another jury who hasn't heard all of the information that's been kept from this jury
