I live in Hartland, VT...does anyone know if her family still has ties here? Did they move away, did she have siblings? One of the victims of the CT river killer , Barbara Agnew was found on my neighbors property.

I remmenber this as Brooke was a classmate and friend of my son at the time of her murder.

there have been two suicides there in the last 3 weeks, that place has been combed over by police and rescue personel :(

I think they both do...he hired a different attorney, one I haven't heard of before. Why different attorneys, i'm wondering.

The wife stated who her lawyer is..its the same one that represented the Prues from St. Johnsbury in Melissa Jenkins murder case a few years back.

its my understanding his car was left at his fathers house where the trailer came from. He was picked up by an unknown person who had a vehicle that was capable of towing the trailer.

Well, she IS missing because she has not been found yet, dead or alive. It has not been proven(to public anyway) that she was in fact murdered or sold or kidnapped. Dr. Phil's show was aired to give case exposure and to help find this child no matter what the circumstances are. LE would not...

I think their attorney even knows they are guilty as hell! Why would he go on national TV and say they have many holes in their story? I would fire my lawyer if he threw me under the bus like that

She looks just like her birth mother from what I have seen on FB...

I just read an article about the brothers(James) violent and emotionally unstable history..maybe the brother did it and parents covering up?

The weather here has been awful, TONS of rain, washouts, roads completely gone...I'm sure any evidence that may be left behind at a potential crime scene is now long gone :(

Her daughters both have FB and one of them, he mother of the grandchild she was watching is public..

Too close to home...once again. I live about a half hour away and they are very tightlipped about this case.

I REALLY REALLY hope that HLN covers this trial.
