Right, so what if the perpetrators are giving information that only they know so appears like a valuable tip, but pointing at another house or person - maybe they need to see who the high value tips are coming from.

Here is a wild idea- is it possible that the real perpetrators are sending in 'tips' that seem to have some validity, but are purposefully sending the local LE and FBI on wild goose chases to make them look bad? How does LE and FBI determine if a tip is valid?

Don't think they will let a murderer out of jail, particularly with this heinous crime and the likelihood he would go after those who tested against him. But do think a nicer location or setting might be enough to turn in your family member who clearly threw you under the bus on day one.

The state may want to be prepared for the defense to ask for a quick trial- so probably want to make sure all data is throughly reviewed and ready to be shared with defense team so no information is not thrown out due to technicalities.

When do FBI follow someone with kids that might flee? Where would she flee to? Likely a country where she could use her Spanish, does she speak other languages? What non- extradition countries fit that possibility? How would a mother with two teenage boys flee? Would she leave them behind or...
