I went back to the video and cannot see a whole line of cars on that side of the street. There's a whole line of cars facing north on the street when she's walking north, but as she's crossing, I can only see 2 cars on the south side of the street through the windshields of the other cars...

The "double" part of the drive way is by the houses, the part that comes out onto the street is one large cement driveway.
