Agreed. I feel like they already know, but someone should call it in imo.

If the geo thing is true, then it's a game changer imho. It means they already know who did it, they said "hike" to throw the person off, and released the image and opened a tip line to get witnesses to confirm it.

Is he smart enough to stalk them but too stupid to take their phones with him, though?

I'm just wondering about the funeral -- the notion of a public viewing seemed odd to me. Was the public viewing possibly an attempt to lure in the killer, maybe see if he'd show up? They held the public viewing before LE released the audio and visual...

Thanks for walking me through the thought process on this...I've realized something about all of this doesn't add up for me. I won't post any more since this is not a a fact-based claim.

I read "this is our 911" from LE in the press conference as an appeal to the public for help. Not trying to downplay the tragedy that has occurred, just trying to understand the events of the last week.
