Found Deceased TX - Thomas Brown, 18, Hemphill County, 23 Nov 2016
I am new here, but I want to keep Tom Browns disappearance in the spotlight. Yes, they found the backpack, basically on the side of Lake Marvin Road near an entrance to a home. IMO the backpack was placed there later. It would have been seen before had it been there the entire time.- Belle678
