    If her phone is left behind surely there would be communication that law enforcement could access so why would the perpetrator convince her to leave phone behind? Doesn't add up IMO

    IMO something happened there right where her belongings are. Having worked in restaurants during Super Bowl type weekends there's a fair amount of hard party culture in the kitchen. Especially after closing time.

    why on earth are we believing the cook at all? unless there is proof she left out the back with sunglasses in a luxury car, there's no reason to speculate on any of those details.
