Possible Victim: Shannan Gilbert
I can't shake the feeling that Shannon may well have encountered LISK , escaped, then died of exposure. In many high profile cases (Dahmer, Powell, etc) they had escaped victims. In fact it comes to mind that the killers also had direct interaction with police claiming the victim to be drunk...- BethAnn
