Any word on what happened today in court?

July 12 is pretrial hearing. Also worth noting is Theo was having some unspecified issues in his pre deployment workup before this incident.

Any updates on this case? I knew Theo and had a hard time believing this when it first came out. Has any evidence been released. I do know Theo has since been charged with robbery as well?

Not sure if payments for med records are the same way but who pays an attorneys fees is not privileged.
