    I believe the other half of that lanyard was found in the car, and TH's sister testified that this was the key TH would have been carrying at the time.

    Thanks for the welcome! The information about the tarp is interesting. Definitely adds another wrinkle to this mess. Almost seems like that could have been intentional when lumped in with all the other stuff that was neglected.

    Somebody else mentioned that fingerprints were found on the outside but not run through any kind of database. I was under the impression that there was some evidence on the outside of the vehicle, but that it could not be linked to Avery. Which is it? If there was actually nothing to test on...

    I've thought about this too. If you run with the thought that Lenk and Colburn were conspiring to frame Avery, it's not much of a stretch to imagine them watching his property, noting who's coming and going. They could even have his phone tapped. Not saying I believe this is what happened...
