My understanding is, the family believe the phone might have ended up at Milton. A Biffa lorry collected two general waste bins from the area early on the Monday morning and these probably did end up at Milton and that is the reason the police put a stop on more rubbish being dropped at that...

West Suffolk (which is a partnership between Forest Heath and St Edmundsbury District Councils) also offer a commercial service and there are a couple of their large bins in SBS as well. I'd be very surprised if they went to Milton, but who knows. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
