I'd prefer them to contribute money to TES. The Anthonys probably do need protection right now. Some "vigilante" justice is just people looking for an excuse to be violent in hopes of being celebrated for it. Counting coup, you know?

Man, this is tough. What they are doing isn't protesting, it's harrassment, baiting, and vandalism. I'm as furious at the Anthonys as anyone, and the thought of George demanding justice makes my jaw drop - but y'all, I'll be honest. If I were Cindy, George, or Lee, I'd be in jail right now...

I agree. I did, initially - and I think he may have been, to some extent. But now I truly believe that he's seeing this through, & that he's fed up with the crap. His voice and demeanor have changed a lot over the course of his involvement, from a bit of jaded grandstanding to the real deal...

If we were talking about any other girl, I'd see nothing unusual about her circle of friends, or even the clubbing. I'd write it all off as a 22-yr-old single mother seeing if it's possible to walk the line between growing up herself and hanging on to the crazier crowd. That's why I'm torn...

My impression is that she just sucks approval, money, coolness-by-association, whatever she needs from whoever lets her near them. I see her as a user, a leech, a "psychic vampire," even. More than likely it was all subconscious (well, not the theft) - just who she is. It's really telling...

I'm not missing the point, just not sure if the point even matters. I know and spend time with all manner of people and it's just because we land in the same place at the same time. KC seems plenty happy to hang with people way hotter than her, too - not afraid to grind on 'em or hang with...

You're missing CW's point - LA's quote is completely out of context. He may well HAVE meant what the story implies, but... never underestimate the power of context, or the REMOVAL of context.

Honestly, at this point, I don't blame them for being in hiding. Imagine if they changed their minds and went out tomorrow on a search - they'd need bodyguards. And then they'd be accused of doing it for media coverage, the bodyguards would be accused of guarding rather than searching, etc...

Well, because I'm a cynic, I'll say: I don't even consider the vast majority of the Yard People "protesters." I think most of them are there because it's a chance to scream and vent nastiness at someone without censure, and hey, maybe they'll even be on TV. I'm also getting pretty worried...

I pay more attention to this case than most missing-persons investigations because there's such a deliberate and stubborn effort by the family to obstruct justice. I mean, yeah, any criminal wants to impede the course of justice, but this is INSANE. That stonewalling and LE's approach (which I...
