Idk the area but map shows closest hospital to where he was found is John's Hopkins. Why wouldn't they specify this in the report? I feel like this was hap hazard reporting & has alot of missing info.

Did anyone else see the deformity of his ears? Which could be what is referred to as cauliflower ears. Wrestlers, boxers, & those in martial arts are prone to this from repeated injuries to the ears. They can be drained to regain their shape. I would look into boxing rings or even back alley...
