OK OK - Big Cedar, BlkFem25-35, 394UFOK, htchkr from Cleveland, OH, 'Beth or Baby', scars, ring, Jan'90

FYI: I created a Facebook page for her a while back. It's Facebook.com/bethfromcleveland I reached out to LE in Le Flore County, OK and Cuyahoga County, OH to see if they'd be willing to contact the DNA Doe Project. No word yet.

I get that. It just seems like this has been languishing without any real attempt. Granted, I don't know if that's the case for sure, but that's it sounds like based on this thread. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I can't believe there's been nothing in the way of a match or exclusion in six years since CarlK first contacted the ME. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Identified! OK - Seminole, WhtMale 1561UMOK, 16-30, off I-40, Dec'78 - Jean Vincent

Thank you. There were two reporters (one from Ottawa Citizen; one from Toronto Star) who wanted to do a story on this, but they were stonewalled by the police. I contacted the detective, and he said the family has been notified but wish to maintain their privacy. So there will be no press...

    Identified! OK - Seminole, WhtMale 1561UMOK, 16-30, off I-40, Dec'78 - Jean Vincent

UPDATE: Jean Michael Vincent has been identified as the remains found in 1978 in Oklahoma. Here is my post over at reddit.com/r/unresolvedmysteries: A couple months ago, I posted this thread about a 1978 UID in Oklahoma being a possible match for missing Ottawa, Canada man Jean Micheal Vincent...

Bump. I've been looking into this UID as well. The initial NamUs link I had did not list exclusions, so I submitted Jean Vincent before seeing the full NamUs profile with the rule-outs. My personal theory was that he wa a Capricorn originally from Canada (or near Canada), but I'm not coming up...

Thank you. The NamUs page that his Doe Network profile linked to did not list the exclusions, so I went forward assuming no one had been excluded. Damn.

    Identified! OK - Seminole, WhtMale 1561UMOK, 16-30, off I-40, Dec'78 - Jean Vincent

This man was found dumped near Interstate-40 in Seminole County, Oklahoma in 1978. He was 16-20 years old, was about 5'8", and had died about nine months prior. The only two clues I found worthwhile were a Capricorn sign necklace and his shoes. They are "BeeJays" brand. The only thing I can find...
