IMO The scarf is wrapped around the back of his 'hood' (hence the flaps by his ears) and tucked down the front of his jacket....

I definitely see the hoodie. Like a brown sweatshirt under his jacket. also, the scarf, bandana tied around the hoodie.

I would venture to say he has a 'hobble' to his step. nice job

No offense at all. Detroit just popped in my head. I could have said Denver, Atlanta, Miami, or any other large city with much higher crime rates. Just trying to point out how this seems like a small town, not much happening kind of place. BTW one of my dearest friends lives near Detroit. And...

For Pete's sake. I was baby sitting at 13 years old and working a part time job. Yes a different day in time, but Delphi is a far cry from Detroit or LA. I would not have thought twice about skipping railroad tracks with my bff to pass time. Nor would my parents back then or myself as a parent...
