It's been sixteen months since the as yet unidentified remains were found. As to a private party paying for the identification, until the remains are identified, the family's (or any third party's) standing in the case could not be established, a genuine "Catch 22".

To All, It was four years ago today that Lana died. I continue to work, and to pray, for resolution.
