In my opinion, dreadlocks was an early witness and is knowingly involved in the ruse. They had to find someone very real to instill confidence in the perp. What I saw today was well-coached acting.

I'm late to this, but after watching the presser, it is my opinion that all of that was part of the ruse to instill confidence in the perp -- the bald white guy. They have a serial killer investigation and they want to know where the bodies have been dumped. What I saw, in my opinion only, was...

Based on all the new facts, I am 100% convinced to a man that this was an accident and not an intended murder. I'm checking out of this thread, but I've enjoyed you all!

A psychotic episode afterwards is certainly possible -- depending on whether he actually did search.

Lord...it's a work day for me and I'm just now seeing all of this. It still doesn't add up. Something doesn't make sense. Is this some sort of paternal Munchausen syndrome by proxy? All the facts seem fishy... It doesn't fit... And if it doesn't fit... :-). I'm not making light of this...

I actually had a pretty good time tonight. I'll try and be more somber tomorrow. :-P. Good night.

It's not about bashing LE or guilt or innocence, it's about bad investigative procedure. I didn't cause these facts, Pierce did. But as a juror, I'm not going to like this. It doesn't just look like a railroad...it is one.

There was no time length to conduct an investigation. Pierce had Harris in handcuffs and in the back of a police car before he could even hang up with his wife. That's remiss and not at all any sort of investigative procedure. Give a decent attorney 12 people and opening statements to have...

I respectfully disagree. I have fully supported my claim with a quote and a citation. "'A police officer said to him, "Calm down and explain to your wife what's going on". I didn't hear what he said because I was going back in but then whatever he said triggered the police officer to say...

Pierce handcuffed a distraught man at the scene in front of a crowd gathered while Harris was trying to talk to his wife. Pierce has taught Harris who the boss is. That's as theatrical as it gets. Pierce had his man, now to get evidence.

That's the moment that Pierce decided he was going to teach this man a lesson and all of this exploded. Speculation: Pierce: call your wife Harris: oh God! I've killed our child! Honey I ...oh God... Pierce: calm down and just tell her what happened! harris|. Honey...oh God!... I did it...

Well he said something like "watch your mouth" and handcuffed him. "Not pleased" was far milder than that, I agree. I was simply answering a question about the call to the wife. I stand by the accuracy of my answer and my knowledge of this case considering this is a 1am casual dialogue

I retract coaching... I was just answering a question out of my head and then got called out to support it... Forget coaching. I answered and I supported ... Withdrawn. :-)

I don't know what you call someone standing over you telling you what to say but I call it "coaching"
