I recently lost my cousin Ben Baber from flooding in OK - we searched for him and his friend Cody for 16 days - we realized families NEED HELP - So I started a non-profit search team that helps families hook up with volunteeers & civilian resources, This allows their family daily searches to be more organized and helps them w necessary resources (ie drones, planes, online & ground teams) without having to wait for LE to request.
