My favourite Nel-ism is when he is running circles around the witness first he puts his leg up on his chair, then he takes his glasses off and then ( the best bit ) he twirles his glasses around.

I reckon of all the mistakes Roux has made so far in this trial putting this witness on the stand for the defence is his biggest mistake!

Because yesterday she was claiming that OP suffers so severely from GAD that he is certifiable. If she tries to back track and say that he was able to lead a normal life and he had a common disorder that was fairly mild then he is responsible for his actions

It seems to me that Nel is trying to make this witness stick to what she said yesterday in order for him to be able to apply again to the judge to section OP under section 78 but I might be entirely wrong.

Good morning all...from a bright and breezy Southern UK

I have to get an early night or I won't get up in time for the start of the trial tomorrow. It certainly has been quite a day in court and I was starting to lose the plot after Woolie's evidence but today certainly woke me up. Thanks for your welcome and goodnight everyone.
