Dumping cases I hope police investigate people who are known/caught illegally dumping in that area.

Maybe the fridge was located in a known dumping sight. If someone dumped in that location they could've known that it was there.

Also one of them is from Kent and the Green river runs through Kent. I think the suitcases were washed out to sea and the tides carried them to Alki. That is a very busy area and not a logical dump site. Of course, murderers are not always logical.
