Found Deceased TN - Eliza "Liza" Fletcher, 34, Abducted while jogging 4:30 am, forced into SUV, Central Ave near Univ of M, personal items found, Memphis 2 Sept 2022

I don’t think that’s a van or Cadillac. Looks like the new Jeep Grand Wagoneer to me. It’s a new design/model for this year and I’ve only seen a couple around where I live is probably why it was assumed to be a van I guess.

Found Deceased TN - Eliza "Liza" Fletcher, 34, Abducted while jogging 4:30 am, forced into SUV, Central Ave near Univ of M, personal items found, Memphis 2 Sept 2022

My only problem with this scenario is that I don’t know anyone who doesn’t have a locked screen. Most of us carry so much personal and financial data on our phones that having a phone that doesn’t lock automatically would be an absolutely horrible idea. I could see someone calling the phone and...

Could it be as simple as the husband calling the phone, university police (or someone turned it in) had found it an hour or two earlier and were hanging in to it? Possibly even looking at cameras? I think for most of us, if someone isn’t where they are supposed to be by a certain time then we...

MS - Jimmie "Jay" Lee, 20, University of Mississippi student, drove away from apartment, Oxford, 8 Jul 2022 *MISTRIAL - Hung Jury*

Thanks for this. I’ll have to dig a little further when I get more time. Not sure where I got that from and hopefully it’s not misinformation on my part. I found this video, so perhaps that’s where I got confused at. Not sure. At 1:25 the reporter says that Jimmy’s sister says “the police told...

I cannot imagine what Jimmy’s family is going through. I’ve heard that the worst that can happen to a parent is to have your child die before you. Even before losing my daughter a couple years ago, I always disagreed with that. The worst is a missing child and the not knowing. At this point...

Couple thoughts I have. Does any know if Herrington was a hands-on-mover or simply owned the company and hired out all of the labor? I also wonder if he mostly did local moves or longer distances - like 2 hours or even many more than that? I would think the suspect is smart enough not to talk...

PA - Ten Die in Dwelling Fire - Nescopeck, Luzerne County - 5 August 2022

The 14 people I can kind of understand since 3 were little kids and 1-2 were older teens, all visiting and will usually sleep anywhere at those ages. How does one live in a home with 13 dogs? That seems like a lot. I also wonder what makes this a criminal investigation and to be announced so...

PA - Ten Die in Dwelling Fire - Nescopeck, Luzerne County - 5 August 2022

Seems as if the fire was called in as the neighboring address. Harold Baker is a firefighter and went out on the call only to discover the call was actually to his in-laws home. He lost two children (I believe one was 19) as well as 3 grandchildren. Says his kids and grandkids were visiting...

MS - Jimmie "Jay" Lee, 20, University of Mississippi student, drove away from apartment, Oxford, 8 Jul 2022 *MISTRIAL - Hung Jury*

Maybe a combination of everything? Evidence and family issues? If I remember correctly, he’s an uncle via marriage but no longer married to Tim’s aunt? In a situation like that, I’d probably take a step back as well. Like someone else mentioned, that could cause a lot of strain when opinions...

Is it known where the suspect lives? Does he live at Molly Barr apartments? My initial thought was that he was to meet someone in the parking lot, perhaps got into that person’s car and then taken to a second location where he met his demise. Not impossible for something to happen at the...

I don’t understand when people do things like this. Maybe it’s because I’ve never had the thought of murdering someone, but do people really think they will get away with things like this? Occasionally these things go unsolved, but most people aren’t as smart or good with covering tracks as they...

Found Deceased SC - Shauna Brown, 39, Columbia, set to travel to school in Alabama but never arrived, 10 July 2022

Oh wow, I was definitely wrong with thinking this exact thing would be near impossible to happen. I haven’t seen any pics of the accident site, but that must be some kind of coincidence to go off the interstate unnoticed and remain unnoticed for more than a week. From the article below: “The...

Another thought is I wonder if she was maybe headed to a hotel but that all depends on what time she left home. If she left home at 3am then much more probable she was trying to get to clinical that morning, tired and more likely to go off the road unnoticed. If she left at 6am then I would she...
