Does anybody know about the hair evidence? Does it come from a white person? Or from a black person. The killing does look personal. I suppose that whoever killed Kent, could have use the keys to get into the newspaper building....and even get into personal files.

I would love to take that kind of test (after asking my brother to donate his DNA as he has the Y chromosome). What I want to know from ColdCaseMan if it is possible for him to run Lyle's DNA against other people's DNA at Family Tree DNA or not. I know that there are several type of DNA tests...

ColdCaseMan, Is it possible for you to run Lyle's DNA against any of the Family Tree DNA (and the likes)? Or would that requires a different type of DNA test? I thought if you found his paternity lineage and that could bring you closer to closing this case.

NamUs.gov have her in the database. https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/1134/0/ I also tried to pull any unindentifed females in that database that matches her but it didn't find anything. :(

Thanks, Salem, for posting this for me. Doenetwork.org shows only two unidentified females in Indiana in that time frame and they both are African-American. Don't they upgrade now and then??
