    I have no idea if it was LE or AL himself that called CL following the car accident and asking her to come to the hospital....so I don't believe I've commented either way.

    At least he finally acknowledged that there are "no martial assetts and debt." I would have preferred he request to dismiss the motion to divorce on the grounds that he doesn't want her to be able to testify against him on charges of capital murder....

    When the detective called CLs ex that morning the only thing he was told was that CL would be arrested that day. Until the aunt showed up to get the daughter no one on this side of the family knew what her charges were. So when the aunt arrived to pick up the daughter a detective met the aunt...

    When the aunt went and picked up the daughter from the police station (the day CL was arrested for the TBR charge) She briefly spoke with a detective who stated that BCs phone was found in CLs home.... He did not mention anything besides the phone. Doesn't mean that there *might not have been...

    I've had limited experience working in mental health facilities.... But from what I know.... I can't wait to see what lawsuits and grievances AL is going to file. Is that wrong of me?

    Just a thought.... If/when the Carter family gets a judgement against AL for wrongful death and AL gets it through his narcissistic thick scull that he will never get a penny, and that any and all future windfalls of money will go to the Carter family... Maybe he'll stop suing everyone.
