I have a question....more of a thought, I guess. When he filed to have himself taken off the rso registry, did he actually do it himself? Or could his legal representation have filed it on his behalf?

It MAY have taken police till 11pm to get to the hospital. I've called the cops and it's taken hours for them to respond. Just cause the article says the police questioned him at 11pm, it doesn't mean it took him 8 hours to get there. It could have been a good bit of time before the nurses even...

I wouldn't look too much into the activity in NOLA having anything to do with this case. There is ALWAYS A LOT of activity in NOLA. With 2 years olds getting shot in the face, armed robberies daily. It is not a safe city.
