Does anyone know who was watching and/or taking care of the kids while Kouri and Eric were at work; did they have childcare? Was someone at home when the kids got home from school or during summer break? If so, has that person been interviewed?
You make a great point; there must be more to the rivalry with Kouri and Eric’s sisters than we’ve been told so far. And even the one sister’s husband who made the divorce attorney appt for Eric and acted as the go-between. That’s just really odd.
What man makes another man’s divorce...
I’ve been thinking about the sandwich poisoning and keep getting stonewalled at the thought of the taste. If she crushed up an oxy pill (or several) and put it in his sandwich, wouldn’t he taste that something was off? Like it was bitter or something?
And didn’t she just leave the sandwich in...
Yes, I thought this, too! Like the Richins family (sisters, mostly) really hated her and were gloating that the one is in charge of the trust, especially during his celebration of life party the day after he passed. Why would Amy bring it up then? And then Amy’s reaction to seeing the...
I like the way the prosecution is unfolding the story but I have to admit, if I were a juror I’d be on the fence. When Carmen and Robbie were on the stand, it seemed clear that she was guilty. Then the financial picture was laid out for us, and it was so voluminous that it felt like everything...
I thought this same exact thing - addicted to buying houses. I also think that Eric made her feel small, like her place was to be home with the kids.
It sounds like they’ve had marital issues growing over several years and she felt trapped. Maybe if she was perceived as super successful...
Canton Deputy Police Chief Tom Keleher lives across the street from Brian Albert on Fairview Road. He provided the red solo cups when investigators knocked on his door, but said that his ring camera did not capture any activity as to what went on across the street from him that night.
I find...
I’ll just throw this out there too and see what you all think…
Another theory was that they were jumping the railroad tracks on the ATV that morning and Noah could have landed with his head and neck striking the thick metal track before the ATV rolled on him, giving him the severe head injury...
I agree!
Personally, I thought he fell off the ATV in the early morning and it may have rolled on him and crushed him, leading to those internal injuries. I think it was like 10 broken ribs, 2 broken shoulder bones and his heart had a laceration that was indicative of crushing (vs. blunt...
This is such great news for Karen and her team. Does anyone know the timeline as to when she can begin collecting (cell phone) data and deposing witnesses for her civil case. Do we think this will start ASAP as it may uncover something she could use in her criminal case?
Just a quick follow up on my previous post, re: Noah's clothing
Noah's family said that they received Noah's black shorts, freshly laundered, by Jack/Jack's family some time after the accident. They were ripped and torn in places. His brother Dailen talks about the shorts a bit in one of the...
What a wild ride! I fell down the rabbit hole last night and binged the entire Partners In True Crime podcast series (12 or 13 episodes) about this case and have read all the news articles I could find on this as well. The Daily Mail has the best coverage with links to videos and voice clips...
I’m a little new to the case and trying to catch up here. Can anyone explain the Texas Boys theory and if anything has been said as to why police were interested in a black pickup truck? Also, there’s a bit of emphasis on both Jack and Noah’s missing hats; do we know why?
