Identified! GA - DeKalb Co., BlkMale 217UMGA, 5-7, in woods, Timberland boots, Feb'99 - William Dashawn Hamilton *mom arrested ‘22 - GUILTY concealing his death*
Seems like a long shot, but https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/6719/2271/ Dorien Deon Thomas..went missing around the same time, similar in looks and similar in description. Texas to GA is not unheard of- Candy-crim
