From what I've gathered from reading all the posts and checking Facebooks of the sisters, Giselle is now Noelle. Changed her name. I would think it had something to do with her identity being stolen.

Johnnie Cochran was intelligent, witty, articulate, and had earned his reputation as a successful defense attorney. Jose is dull, inarticulate, bumbling, etc. He has no business being a legal analyst. IMO

It's just hard for us to get into the minds of the jurors and what they heard. We know so much, so we can't be objective. I can't fathom that the jury didn't get the logic of the prosecution. But they didn't. There's no way that out of 12 jurors, there wouldn't have been heated debate...

I've been meaning to comment on this for a long time. The Anthonys loved their pets. Cindy updated Casey on the status of the dogs and cats in her letters. It's nonsense that they would have allowed Casey to bury any pets at a "dump site." Even a goldfish.

I do not think Jose has logical thinking ability. Great attorneys are able to weave a tale that at least has believability, in some way. He lacks the oratory skills of say a Mark Geragos. He also lacks likability. He comes across very amateurish. I don't think he'll be viewed as a great...

me too. There is definitely conflicting evidence about this. I shouldn't have been so adamant. I remember her former boss stating that she never returned to work, but he might have been mistaken. I'll be more careful in the future.
