I have always thought that the state will provide public defender for criminal matters only. I've never heard of a public defender for a civil matter.

I think that GA may not have been completely honest about RC/KH, however I believe all his other testimonies so far. Watching him today is heartbreaking. If he did get close with RC/KH, I believe he may well have said that it was an "accident that snowballed out of control" and its my opinion...
