Kind of off topic as well perhaps, but the Harvard comment just really rubs me the wrong way... what does homeschooling have to do with that? If anything he had more opportunity/free time to take their online free courses and get ahead that way to get in, nothing at all stopping him, but...

Those are all cases where they acted alone, also they both used guns, I was wondering if there has ever been a case like this where siblings acted together killing both their parents and other siblings (all related) and more violently as is the case here with knives.

All I can think is that maybe the brothers were caught doing something together for which they were incredibly ashamed or would get in trouble for so they were already 'partners in crime' so to speak and maybe even were going to be separated because of it, and maybe the other siblings witnessed...

I don't understand if both boys are cooperating with police and they have given a full confession why don't the police know the motive? Did something happen in the last couple of months for this family, because this just doesn't fit at all. Just being isolated does not make people crazy like...
