Thinking of Allison and her little girls today. It must be so hard for her family to conmemorate the first anniversary of her death. :(

Yes, that intrigued me too when I noticed those calls. To me it looks more like a health scare of some sort.

Last night was the Australian TV Loggie Awards. One of the categories was for "Best news coverage" (or something along those lines) and the Baden-Clay case was one of the nominees, but it didn't win the Award. This goes to show how much of an impact this case had/has at a national level.

I just looked it up in Wikipedia and what I understood is that the Prosecution have to prove their case to meet a standard defined as beyond "reasonable" doubt by a "reasonable" person, i.e. beyond doubt by a reasonable person (but this is my simplistic interpretation :) )
