IMO, it seems to me that the couple were sitting by the pool so others would not hear them arguing. Bars are fun. Why sit away from the crowd? Her crossed arms say it all.

The photo does not have to be from that particular night. The person that took the pic could be a slip renter next to theirs or a member of the marina, wait staff, etc. Everyone connected has insight/observations into their relationship.
