by looking at the blood trail, would the markers be too close together to consider it to come from shoes? you would assume he would have been in a hurry so wouldve walked away from the scene as quick as possible,so i dont see the shoe/blood trail scenario matching..my oppinion only :)

4 hours at a police station where there are fatalities is quite normal.
there was a road fatality in eudunda where my girlfriend knew the victim and we were at the police station from 1am until 730am :)
because her body was found naked, obviously without her consent, that can also be classified as sexual assault.
police havnt revealed exactly what evidence they have to base this charge on.
towards the beginning of investigation news channels interviewed an officer (before an arrest was made) and he stated that the killer/s looked to have stuck around after the scene for at least an hour after the fact, there was also indication (not from interview) that there was bloodied towels...
