Can one serial killer use several victim types or several MO's? SK speculation is often brushed off with the words: "Different victim type" or "Different MO".

Can a murder be ruled out if the COD is undetermined and the body shows no signs of physical trauma? It seems to happen sometimes leaving me wondering.

I'm using the light version of Orange Is The New Blue, the light theme. In dark mode that part is not visible. But.. when I use the nightmode on my tablet, (Android) it is more visible. Not a sharp contrast but visible
