BBM It doesn't matter if you believe those were HP shoes. The look is consistent with HP shoes and whatever brand those shoes are that are seen on his feet in the Cracker Barrel video, those shoes are gone! They were not in his car, in his luggage or on his feet. Where did they go?????

It seemed to me like the real "rush to judgement" came from his friend who realized from the first moment that JY was most likely guilty of the crime and called him to advise him to get a lawyer.

I've thought about that myself. Jason testified that he worked in the yard that day. Did they find any "yard shoes" in the house? Could that be where the dirt came from on the step that was mentioned in closing by the defense?

Or it means that the size 10 prints were planted and the killer wanted to make sure that they were clear and identifiable.

I looked up the schedule for Memorial Weekend activities in Brevard. That coincides with the White Squirrel Festival. The parade is on Saturday. Maybe it has changed since 2006 but I doubt it. If they have to hold school on Monday to make up for snow days, no one would be at the parade. Why...

Did anyone close to her verify that she was in fact drinking coffee at that time? The reason given for even being on that drive was to get coffee for Michelle. I'm surprised she would be drinking coffee since she was pregnant.

She was pregnant so it's not like she would have wanted to go for coffee. The story fell apart right there.

I worry a lot more about CY coming across that vile nastiness directed against her much loved aunt than seeing a picture.

I think he got rid of "stuff" after he left the hotel. He left in time to get to his meeting but he was 35 minutes late. I think he took a side trip and then got lost trying to find his way back to his mapquest directions.

It seems the defense must believe that Gracie is credible and believable if they are that desperate to discredit her.
