I have Plantar Fascitits and the only shoes I can walk in without pain are Crocs. I also thought they were dreadful and I'd never wear something so ugly, but now I love them!!

I certainly hope it sticks. I know of a child who experienced much the same thing, only without the adult. The toll on the child still goes on.
