Good morning, all, Why did the state agree to removing the instructions re: 2nd degree murder or manslaughter? Seems advantageous to the defense, but not to the state? Also, what is Donna writing? Does she think she can write her own jury instructions/ verdict form, etc?

Is this attorney an expert in WM and DM's divorce? Is there any limit to what she can say even if it's hearsay, speculation, etc.? (I've mostly got in on mute so I'm not picking up on everything they are trying to do.) Please God put Donna on the stand!!
