Whilst that sounds a good law - I would hate to see it brought in - it is a double edge penny - it would work for some cases only. The every day Joe should be able to hire a lawyer anytime they feel the need to ... whether it be before they are charged or after. . It is our right in living in a...

No I am not taking it as an attack - I see what you are saying - I am just thinking that maybe there is more to ABC life than we know about - I realsie about the police and GBC parents but really that is standard procedure to look first at the spouse - their family - but really nothing has come...

Yes, i agree - but common sense tells me if they found anything incriminating - then they would have been arrested - we have seen police raid a place and take away things over the years only to find out later that it was nothing. It was 'doing their job' and I understand that - but that does not...

Yeah I agree but who is to truly say that it was him sitting at the bus stop - just another hunch on someone'e part and we have ran with it. Who is to say that GBC parents are actually involved in it all - what actual evidence that it was him and not simply some person sitting in a bus shelter.

Yeah they could have easily pulled over - I didn't think of that - thought I read somewhere where the person saw them in the car park - but it may be wrong. If they pulled over then it would make more sense pulling over with both cars facing Kholo Creek ahead - much more room - I don't think...

Not necessarily - for if these cars were seen at the Anstead shops - then they need to turn left off Mt. Crosby Rd to go into the car park of those shops. A car travelling towards Kholo Bridge would turn left and a car coming from Kholo bridge would need to turn right into the street where the...

Unless the police have evidence of that what they presume - then there is no case. If the body has no visible signs of foul play then it does not matter what the secenero was - they have no case to go on no matter how much they dig.. They needed the body to have some sign of foul play to go...

Can someone tell me the difference between a homicide - and no visual mean of foul play. To me this sounds so contradictory. Generally speaking when we read or hear of this - a homicide is something that someone brought about the killing of. No visual means of foul play generally means suicide...

Sorry, you are wrong here - the bridge was well and truly over in the Brisbane floods - the whole area plus the roads both sides of the bridge was over - the water went very very wide flooding the road - it actually went half way up the hill from the bridge.

My husband is minister - I can assure you there is no pest exterminator not far away. I think demeaning the sister and her husband who IMO has nothing to do with ABC murder is a bit low myself.

Perhaps GBC has scratches on his face when the police arrived for the domestic so they already knew in the morning that they were done prior to her disappearance - maybe they are not important as we seem to think they are -perhaps GBC and ABC had cooled down when the police had arrived thus they...

I have always thought that GBC was innocent from the start - still do. Although I feel IMO that he knows something - I beliebe that the police were called to the house that night with a domestic fight - not abuse - but a verbal fight between ABC & GBC. I think he stormed off and went to bed -...
