--------------- My bold above. Who would pay for the gas, let alone the time taken off from work for research, appointments, transportation?

------------------------- Read the second article referenced to get an understanding of how the trial went. Here's a novel idea I have: The justice system in this country should be changed so that the Victim(s) also have a Defense Team in addition to the Prosecution Team.

IMO - the legalese seems to "sanitize" what happened. Here's an example of sanitization from my direct experience: While visiting a concentration camp, for example, there were placards stating things such as: 10,000 people were hanged in this place, or shot in this place. Also, I...

---------------- The crime(s) not only affect the immediate families, friends, also peripheral persons, investigators, search personnel, and so forth, and that is to include persons such as us posting here. With every crime there is damage done to those of us who are victims, know victims...

--------------------- enzeder: Do you think she could have died of chloroform poisoning, say on some "practice kidnapping run"? From the article you posted above: She was wearing shorts and a T-shirt, and police do not believe she was involved in a water-recreation accident...

---------- The most awful hell on earth imaginable. I'd be willing to bet that there are those in support, who have gone through similar pain, like Marc Klaas, John Walsh, John Lunsford and many, many more.

There is a theory I have, and posted about, that I call: "the buffer zone"--i.e. ignorant people who refuse to believe anything bad happens. The criminals need these people as a cover for their crimes.

I just had another person tell me recently: "Oh, well, I don't read the news." IMO, if they don't read the news, imagine what else they are ignorant about. And, I'm sure that perps. are very happy about that.

Anyone else think that maybe the "dismemberment" could have happened in the back of the SUV itself? Could have be driven to a remote location. If that happened, there must have been significant effort to try and clean it up and deodorize.

I posted a week ago, I think, that maybe something was "found" in that SUV. Maybe that something "found" was a "smell".
