DG risked more by taking the victims away with him. He could have been discovered in the process and also planted dna evidence in the truck and elsewhere. For a supposedly smart man, why didn't DG just park the truck down the block, walk to the house, shoot them and calmly walk back to the truck?

If DG was kicked out of the motel maybe because the motel didn't want the attention and now DG has to submit a new address.

Not sure how the public can come forth with info for LE unless we have intimate knowledge of the situation or have seen them around. Aside from that the public has little information to draw from coming from LE.

This I think is significant. JO goes to Liknes home at 10 AM and whether the door was locked or not, somehow enters the house, finds no one there and according to Global News phones LE from the Liknes house...

No one broke into the house but did everyone leave the house unlocked or locked? If JO arrived Monday morning at 10 AM, and no one answered the door (even with car in driveway) and it was locked, she might assume they intended to come back. If it was unlocked and she walked in, called out and...

Sorry if this has been answered before but was the Liknes house locked when JO arrived at 10 am Monday June 30 2014? Was JO able to get into the house at that time?
