A body recovered from Belmont Harbor this morning is a Loyola graduate student...
Mindy's only problem is that she's co-dependent and addicted to loooove. At least that's what she and Dr. Drew came up with. Never mind the withdrawal seizures and brain damage, the drug fraud, the violence...
She's a hot mess who has no business breeding, in my rarely humble opinion. I'm sure...
At least I'm consistent; I didn't think Louise Woodward was guilty either (watched every minute of her trial), and apparently neither did the judge who sent her on her way.
At any rate, I'm glad Ms. Knox and Mr. Sollecito are free for now. If I were the latter, I'd leave Italy until that rogue...
As a lifelong liberal, with friends and family of the same persuasion, I have to say that none of us thought for a moment that JB et al had a case. We were convinced all along of Casey's absolute guilt. And we still are.

If a number of jurors declare they will never change their votes--regardless of attempts of others to deliberate with them--can't they be thrown off the jury? Failure to deliberate?
What a cruel cosmic joke it was that there were twelve of such (fill in the blank) chosen for this case.
I think what Mason describes as "tough" is the characteristic fearlessness of sociopaths. JMO. Watching the DT fawn over this creature makes me almost literally sick.
I heard one of the THs extolling the beauty of our jury system and explaining how, if one juror was unclear on some part of the testimony, the others would remember it, and how they all worked to put the pieces of the case together...Apparently, that didn't work for these (fill in the blank)...
Didn't somebody (Cindy?) say Casey wanted to go to law school? I'm sure her defense team will support her in that endeavor, with money and support staff jobs, and lots of hugs and hair pats.
The only two trials I've watched gavel to gavel are this one and OJ Simpson's. I can't believe two juries could display the same willful disregard for evidence and loose a brutal sociopath back into society without a backward glance.
It's been apparent for some time that critical thinking...
As far as the rich and famous being more evolved than you and me...I present to you Paris Hilton.
I didn't think Judge Seidlin's performance during the Anna Nicole Smith hearing showed a great deal of sophistication, personally. Can't see Judge Perry boo-hooing from the bench.
