I asked all my questions and gave all my insights long ago. All I have to say now is that I think the longer Maura is missing, the more likely she'll stay missing. Unless she's a Jane Doe waiting to be IDed.

Here's where I'm at: Unless remains are identified, there is no way to know; It's possible she died in the collapse; But if she didn't, calling her a victim of 9/11 allows her killer(s) to get away with it; I assume that she was murdered until it's proven otherwise, in the interests of justice.

My opinion regarding the court deciding Sneha is a 9/11 victim: with the available information, Sneha dying on 9/11 isn't the most likely explanation, but it is the simplest. And since her family wanted her to be a victim, and since the victims fund was already exhausted, there wasn't any point...

That is a good point. For whatever reason, Sneha wasn't much of a doctor (no judgement, medicine is not for everyone). So why assume she had a doctor's instinct to head towards the towers to lend a hand?
