No problem, I was glad to finally have an answer, for some reason it was driving me slightly batty not knowing whether her nails were real or fake. Can I attribute that to overdue pregnant brain? LOL Question about the nails. If the nails were cut as part of the examination, wouldn't all of...

She responded to my question: http://morganingram.com/wordpress/?p=1137#comment-932 Several people have asked why the issue of real vs. fake nails is important. Fake nails are a lot harder to break/tear/cut than real nails.

It looks like the quote I quoted was broken. Here's what I was trying to respond to: I think I unbroke it... ish... my apologies for not realizing it was broken in the first place. :banghead:

(BBM) WRT the bolded, in fairness to the LE's who told her originally about the incidents, I *think* it's the Detective who insisted it didn't happen, so a matter of a totally separate entity denying it rather than the original LE's changing their story. Just my interpretation of the post...

Continuing from the original thread... If that were the case, why did LE bump it up to a felony stalking case? Why not pursue it as bullying? Even if this were so (which even Dr. Dobersen's report finds unlikely), that still puts responsibility on those who were doing the stalking. Toni...

A snippet from today's blog post: BBM. It raises further questions in my mind. If the detective didn't actually investigate, why on earth not? If he did, why did he say the events didn't happen? Are these events being looked into now to make sure that other innocent families are not in danger?

I'm curious, why label it bullying instead of stalking? It seems to fit the definition of stalking better than bullying, based on what we have been told so far.

I took the way it was worded to mean a different third medication. I'll ask on the blog. It's entirely possible I misunderstood that.

She had old amitriptylene but that still doesn't explain the presence of the Flexiril or the date rape drug. Also, the amitriptylene was still there, so she didn't take her own meds. If her goal was to self medicate to sleep, why wouldn't she just take some of that instead of going to whatever...

I haven't seen it posted here so I figured I'd post the report from Dr. Dobersen. I cropped it down to just the actual text of the report so here are the links to the pages themselves: Pg. 1: http://morganingram.com/wordpress/?attachment_id=1135 Pg. 2...

But according to everything we've been told, it wasn't her own medicine.

This exactly. My guess would be that as the blog goes on, we'll start to see escalations that will begin to make more sense as to "what a stalker usually does". This went on for 4 months and we're just over a month into the events that Toni feels lead up to Morgan's death.

Again though, had she been self-medicating, where are the pill fragments or other evidence of how she was administering the drugs to herself? And considering the high levels of several drugs that were found, why would she take such insanely high doses and in such a clandestine form? If she...

There is a case that has been in the news this year and last, the Michael Morton case. He was wrongfully convicted of murdering his wife and was finally exonerated after 25 years when DNA was finally tested that proved he wasn't the killer. This case happened in my home county and has been an...
